"Peaceful stay, no problems"

"Had the room for 3 days no member of staff ever entered the room to change towels change bed or clean had to ask at reception for toilet rolls first morning came out the room to find 3 ambulance crews in the corridor next to our room there had been an incident next to our room that first night came out the hotel 3 ambulances and 3 police cars and we then had the police sat outside of that room for the next 3 days of our stay no explanation or offer to move by staff concerning and frightening...

"Work trip for 3 nights. Everything you need was there and the pool was a nice treat from the normal hotel. "

"the lifts were not working properly and regularly stopped working. trying to go up and down stairs whilst on crutches due to spinal injury. was offered use of service lift ,but much more walking involved. check both lifts are working before booking"
